Stagiaire assistant évènementiel (H/F)

Main Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Events, the Event Assistant Intern will support the team in all phases of event preparation, execution, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include:

• Support to the Head of Events:
  • Provide daily support in managing event projects.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Partnership Management:
  • Respond to partner requests, ensuring they align with the company's image.
  • Contribute to building connections between partner brands and their activations during events.
• Creative Input:
  • Propose new project ideas or improvements to existing events.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
• Document Management and Tracking:
  • Maintain up-to-date internal tracking documents (event calendar, dashboards, etc.).
  • Ensure all documents are accessible and updated for the entire team.
• Event Logistics:
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces.
  • Participate in the management of event material inventory.
• Post-Event Feedback:
  • Help collect feedback from participants after each event.
  • Assist in analyzing results and drafting the event report.
  • Aid in the preparation of documentation for future events.
