NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for an intern in B2C CRM and Direct to consumer D2C assistant from [START DATE].
Inside the Global Digital experience team, you will assist the CRM global manager in the global implementation of Naos CRM program and CRM activation plan. And you will assist the D2C global manager in the implementation of global business fondation and business performance monitoring.
In this context, your main missions are the following:
CRM Program Implementation Support:
- Work alongside the Global CRM Manager to assist local markets in implementing the new Naos CRM program.
- Provide training and guidance to local teams on CRM best practices and processes.
- Ensure consistent adoption of CRM tools and practices across regions.
Email Campaigns and Marketing Automation:
-Provide guidance in the design and implement global campaigns in Salesforce.
-Set up automation workflows to enhance the customer journey and engagement across different touchpoints.
-Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and build recommendations based on data to improve performances.
Benchmarking and Best Practices:
- Conduct competitive benchmarking studies to identify CRM and email marketing best practices across industries.
- Research and provide insights into trends and innovations within CRM innovations and competitor strategies.
- Share key findings with the global and local teams to enhance our CRM approach.
Data Analysis and KPI Improvement:
- Analyze data from existing reports (e.g., customer segmentation, campaign performance, churn rates) to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with local teams to implement improvements in their CRM campaigns.
Community Engagement and CRM Knowledge Sharing:
-Support the animation and engagement of the global CRM community through regular webinars, monthly meetings, and training sessions.
