Anchored for over 50 years in a green setting on the banks of the Rhône, the Aramon site is one of the key players in the development and production of active ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates and polymers in France.
It is in this human-sized environment of 180 employees that you will be integrated into a dynamic and fast-growing site. In 2024, nearly 1000 m2 of innovative production space will complement our historic workshops.

Profil recherché

Provide support to our methods engineer, by participating in daily activity, including the investigation and processing of quality deviations, as well as the implementation of corrective action plans.
Improve the monitoring of our performance by working on our "OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness" process, which will consist of creating or reviewing the production and cleaning gantt charts of our syntheses
Training Project:
Build a "Practical Work" manufacturing sheet in a GMP environment, validating the training acquired by new operators. Define test scenarios to assess the understanding of operators in various situations (anomalies, errors, incidents).
Manage the installations (pilot-size reactor) to test the "Practical Work" manufacturing sheet, with the support of our production trainer.
Review and improve the operator training process, consolidating and clarifying the content for better integration of new arrivals and monitoring of their skill level

Engineering student in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering
Rigorous, good writing skills to work in a GMP environment
Ability to listen and transmit knowledge
Autonomy, team spirit
